Each wheel is hand assembled with the greatest of care, after they have been machined, and each wheel is subjected to high scrutiny visual and structural inspections to ensure that each wheel meets the perfect quality standards of Giovanna. With the 20 point inspection process, and hand crafted engineering, wheels rarely leave the factory with any imperfections at all, and each wheel is specially made to fit perfectly. The process that Giovanna wheels undergo whilst being developed is quite interesting. The team of Giovanna engineers designs a new wheel. This wheel is tested through many different tolerance tests, to ensure that the design will be suitable to be used under many circumstances, and will be safe for the customer. The most advanced computerized testing is carried out to ensure that the wheel performs as well as possible, whilst still maintaining the Giovanna style and elegance. When the initial design has passed these first tests, CNC machines are used to produce a prototype of the new design in every possible size and finish. The testing process is then carried out, which consists of corrosion testing, load testing, and temperature tests. This means that if any imperfections in the design or any weaknesses can be addressed, altered and re-tested until the design is perfect. Once fully tested, the wheels are finally ready for customers to be able to order. Giovanna can then manufacture and finish the wheels to specification, maintaining the highest safety and durability standards for their customers.
